At The Claire Co., we want you to feel confident and delighted with your order. Because many of our products are custom-made and created with care, we’ve designed a clear return policy below.


FINAL SALE:

All items are final sale and non-returnable, unless they arrive damaged or incorrect. Our products are handcrafted with attention and love, and each item is produced specifically for your order.


DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS:

If your order arrives damaged, broken, or incorrect:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Send an email to maria@theclaireco.com with your order number and photo proof of the issue.
  3. If approved, we’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost to you.


RETURNS ARE NOT ACCEPTED FOR:

  • Change of mind or personal preference
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Opened or used items


REFUNDS:

If a refund is issued due to damage or error:

  • It will be processed to your original payment method.
  • Please allow 5–7 business days for the amount to appear.


EXCHANGES:

We do not offer exchanges unless your product arrives damaged or incorrect. If so, please follow the defective/incorrect process above.


SHIPPING COSTS:

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • If we are at fault (defect or error), return shipping is on us.
